1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. d77 will rely on the information you provide when processing withdrawals, verifying identity, and communicating with you.

• Your account login credentials are personal and must not be shared with anyone else.
• d77 staff will never ask for your password. Any request for your password — whether by email, chat, or any other channel — should be treated as a security threat.
• You must notify d77 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• d77 reserves the right to suspend any account where unusual activity is detected, pending investigation.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals are processed. You may be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, or UMID. Providing false or altered documents is a serious violation and will result in permanent account closure.

4 Deposits and Payments

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can only be made to a payment account that is registered in your name and matches the details on your d77 account. d77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement unless your documents expire or your details change.
• Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso. Processing times vary depending on the payment channel selected.
• d77 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before releasing large withdrawal amounts.
• If your account has an active bonus, wagering requirements associated with that bonus must be satisfied before the bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules
